With over 30 years’ experience and a deep love for the power of tradition, Colin has brought the unforgettable sound of the pipes to weddings, memorials, and special events across London and the South East.
“I was given my first practice chanter (the part of the bagpipe upon which the melody is played) at the age of four years old, and began playing the Great Highland Bagpipe in earnest in my early twenties, when I moved from Scotland to the South East of England, learning from Ex-Army Pipe Major, Alex Peters, Queen’s Own Highlanders. I have played in pipe bands, the occasional Ceilidh band, and solo events including international competitions & events, tattoos, weddings, Christenings, Blessings, funerals, films/movies, concerts, special birthday & anniversary parties, Burns Nights, Hogmanay/ New Year’s Eve Parties, and promotional events.”
